Winding & Setting
Never change the quick-set date function between 9:00 PM and 3:00 AM while gear trains are engaged. Always wind 20-30 turns manually after period of rest.
Water Resistance
Ensure the crown is fully screwed down before exposing the watch to water. Flush with fresh water after ocean immersion and test gaskets annually.
Magnetic Protection
Avoid placing your mechanical watch directly onto induction cooktops, laptops, or heavy audio speakers to prevent hairspring magnetisation.
